The best warranty on the market

Naturally, DEVI meets the warranty conditions specified in national sale of goods acts and in the EU’s own Sale of Goods Act.

We therefore provide:
  • a 2-year warranty for thermostats, control systems and software solutions
  • a 5-year warranty for self-regulating heating cables
  • a 10-year extended warranty for all Deviflex heating cables and Devimat heating mats.

Function guaranteed for 10 years 

Our customers do not just buy a heating cable or a thermostat. A DEVI customer buys an integrated heating system – a warm floor, for example.

This means that DEVI has extended its 10-year warranty to cover the entire heating function of the floor. If installation is performed by an authorised installation engineer and the warranty certificate has been stamped and signed, DEVI will guarantee the underfloor heating for 10 years.

In the event of a fault that can be traced back to a manufacturing defect in a Deviflex™ or Devimat™ product, DEVI will repair the cable product itself and cover any damage to bricklaying and tiles, for example, at no extra cost to the customer.
