An effective and quick system for electrical floor heating under wooden floors

Imagine being able to switch on the electrical floor heating the very day it is installed - without having to wait for the filler to dry.

Devicell™DRY insulation plates, Deviflex™ heating cables and Devireg™ 550 thermostats provide the perfect solution for quick and easy installation of electrical floor heating under wooden floors.
Step 1
Clean the floor carefully to remove all dust and dirt
Step 2
Lay out the Devicell™ plates
Step 3
The Devicell™ plates should cover the entire floor area. Adjust the Devicell™ plates to match the shape of any corners oblique angles, etc. using a standard compass saw.

Step 4
Lock the Devicell™ plates together using the locking bushings supplied.
Step 5
Cut a groove in the Devicell™ plate to allow the sonsor cable to touch the subfloor. Install the flex pipe from the thermostat in the groove. Push the cold tail of the  heating cable from the floor up into the wall until it raches the thermostat.

Step 6
Close the flwx pipe with the supplied sensor casing by gluing or screwing the housing to the subfloor. Then push the sensor cable from the thermostat into the floor through the flex pipe.
Step 7
Install the heating cable by lightly pressing it info the cable groove
Step 8
Cover the finished Devicell™ floor and the heating cables with noise absorbing matarial and install the wooden floor on top. Finally connect the heating cable and sensor to the thermostat and the thermostat to the main power.
