Minimal preparation

Wood or concrete subfloor? The Devidry™ Kit with thermostat and safety box is available in two versions and your choice will depend entirely on whether your subfloor is made of wood or concrete. The temperatures in floors made of wood are allowed a maximum of 30º while concrete constructions are allowed up to 35º.

Home owners do not have to worry about this anyway because, when the correct Devidry™ Kit is installed, the system takes care of the rest. This is because the thermostat is set so the temperature never reaches more than the permitted heat levels.
