Interaction with the rest of the building process
There is more to efficient building than just the ease and speed of the installation of a specific product alone. Actually the way a certain product and installation process fits into the rest of the building procedure is sometimes even more important.
The installation of a DEVI floor heating system fits perfectly into the building process with an efficient two step process.
Step one: As soon as the rough building is ready, heating cables or mats are attached to the basic floor and the system is typically covered with a thin layer of self levelling cast concrete. The thin layer of concrete means a very short hardening time: after just one day of hardening (skal bekæftes) you can set foot on the floor making space for the next team of craftsmen.
Step two: The heating cables or mats are connected to the thermostat and again to the buildings power supply in continuation of the electrician’s final connection of the buildings other supply.
