Pipe tracing

In 2006, DEVI electric heating solutions were chosen to support internal temperature conditions to adjust gas accounting conditions to the new norms. According to current demands, it’s necessary to not allow temperature rate to drop below +50 °C inside the box. In order to maintain such conditions, all of the new knots were insulated and DEVIflex™ 20T cables with thermostat were installed. Equipment specification was chosen depending on a knot size.

Construction was slightly changed – cable is fixed with a glue stripe to the foliage of galvanized iron and it is placed in the knot bottom, cable side down.

Cable and thermostat installation doesn’t interfere with the knot’s functioning and the temperature is kept at the required level.

Thermostats

DEVIreg™ 130/132

The DEVIreg™ 130 is a simple electronic thermostat to be installed directly on the wall, using a floor sensor (wire) to measure and control the desired floor temperature. The thermostat has a dial for adjusting the temperature setting with a scale from 1 to 5. Furthermore, the thermostat has an LED indicating the current mode (heating, standby or fault). The DEVIreg™ 132 is a simple electronic thermostat to be installed directly on the wall, using a room sensor to control the room temperature and a floor sensor (wire) to limit the maximum floor temperature. The thermostat has a dial for adjusting the temperature, with a scale from 5° C - 35° C and an LED indicating the current mode (heating, standby or fault).

DEVIreg™ 330

The DEVIreg™ 330 is an electronic thermostat to be installed in electric cabinets with DIN rail attachment. Used primarily for controlling a lower temperature range as by frost protection. The thermostat must be installed via an all-pole disconnection switch and has a LED indicating the current mode (heating, standby or fault). To measure and control the desired temperature a wire sensor or an outdoor air sensor must be used. The temperature setting can be adjusted with a scale from -10°C to +10°C.

DEVIreg™ 610

The DEVIreg™ 610 is an electronic thermostat; suitable for many different purposes both indoor and outdoor applications. It is provided with a 2-pole switch and a wire sensor to control the desired temperature. The thermostat has a button for adjusting the temperature setting with a scale from -10° to +50°C, and a LED indicating the current mode (heating, standby or fault). It is water resistant and can be mounted on any plain surface indoor or outdoor.
